Heavyweight bodybuilder Giorgos Lidakis - Γιώργος Λυδάκης

Georgios Lydakis is a bodybuilder from Heraklion, Crete. He began competing in 2017, winning in the Junior Category of the INBA, and made a strong comeback in 2019 with victories at the WABBA World Hellas and the Mr. Crete Competition.

Ο Γιώργος Λυδάκης είναι Κρητικός bodybuilder από το Ηράκλειο. Ξεκίνησε να αγωνίζεται το 2017 κερδίζοντας στην Κατηγορία Junior της INBA και επέστρεψε δυναμικά το 2019 με νίκες στο WABBA World Hellas και στο Mr. Kriti.

Muscle model and bodybuilder Spyros Tsoutsanis - Σπύρος Τσουτσάνης

Spyros Tsoutsanis is a fitness instructor and personal trainer and is one of the most well-known athletic models in Greece. Born in 1990, he entered the world of sports at a young age, first with soccer and later with martial arts. He started as a photo model experimentally after being encouraged by a relative, and then quickly and successfully progressed into athletic modeling, which appealed to him more because he could combine it with sports. He has starred in many campaigns for major companies in Greece and abroad, has done various photo shoots for sportswear and dietary supplements, and has also been featured in magazines with covers and interviews where he provided advice on nutrition and exercise. Spyros Tsoutsanis has gained more muscle mass and has now entered the realm of competitive bodybuilding.

Ο Σπύρος Τσουτσάνης έχει ιδιότητα γυμναστή και personal trainer και είναι ένα από τα γνωστότερα αθλητικά μοντέλα στην Ελλάδα. Γεννήθηκε το 1990 κι από μικρός μπήκε στον αθλητισμό, πρώτα με ποδόσφαιρο και αργότερα με πολεμικές τέχνες. Όπως δήλωσε σε συνέντευξή του στο activeman.gr, ξεκίνησε ως φωτομοντέλο δοκιμαστικά μετά από προτροπή συγγενικού του προσώπου και στη συνέχεια προχώρησε γρήγορα και με επιτυχία στο αθλητικό modeling το οποίο τον κέρδισε περισσότερο διότι μπορούσε να συνδυάσει τον αθλητισμό. Έχει πρωταγωνιστήσει σε πολλές καμπάνιες για μεγάλες εταιρείες σε Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό, έχει κάνει διάφορες φωτογραφίσεις για αθλητικά ρούχα και συμπληρώματα διατροφής και επίσης έχει φιλοξενηθεί σε περιοδικά με εξώφυλλα και συνεντεύξεις όπου έδωσε συμβουλές για διατροφή και γυμναστική.

Ο Σπύρος Τσουτσάνης έχει αποκτήσει περισσότερη μυϊκή μάζα και έχει μπει πλέον στον χώρο του αγωνιστικού bodybuilding.
