Heavyweight bodybuilder Giorgos Retsinas - Γιώργος Ρετσίνας

Giorgos Retsinas, also known as "The Phenomenon," was born in Athens in 1987. He began engaging in sports (Tae Kwon Do) at the age of 13. At 16, his genetic predispositions and unmatched physique led him to turn to weight training. After retiring from the Special Forces, he began more intensive training, and the results on his body showed that he had all the qualities to compete in bodybuilding championships.

Ο Γιώργος Ρετσίνας, γνωστός και ως "Φαινόμενο", γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1987. Ξεκίνησε να ασχολείται με τον αθλητισμό (Tae Kwon Do) σε ηλικία 13 ετών. Στα 16 του, οι γενετικές του προδιαγραφές και το απαράμιλλο σχήμα του τον οδήγησαν να στραφεί στο σιδερένιο άθλημα. Μετά την αποστράτευσή του από τα αλεξίπτωτα των Ειδικών Δυνάμεων ξεκίνησε πιο εντατικές προπονήσεις και τα αποτελέσματα στο σώμα του έδειχναν να πληρούν όλα τα προσόντα για να κάνει την εμφάνισή του σε πρωταθλήματα bodybuilding.
