Greek-Cypriot bodybuilder Stavros Christodoulou - Σταύρος Χριστοδούλου

Stavros Christodoulou was born in 1981 in Larnaca, Cyprus. He started exercising at the age of 15 because he was overweight and had knee problems caused by a sudden growth spurt. This event marked the beginning of his intense involvement in bodybuilding, as he had admired bodybuilders since childhood and wanted to achieve a similar physique. In 1998, he began competitive bodybuilding, and in 1999, he won the 1st place in the Junior Category at the IFBB Cyprus Championships. He achieved further distinctions in Cyprus in the 90kg Category, and from 2010 until today, he has been competing in international competitions as a Heavyweight bodybuilder. During his stay in the USA, he competed with the Musclemania USA Federation, with the highlight of his career being 1st place at the Musclemania World 2011 in Las Vegas. With this achievement, he continued his journey as a professional athlete, securing 3rd place in the Pro Heavyweight Category at the Musclemania Universe 2012 in Miami. Upon his return to Cyprus in 2014, he continued to compete as an IFBB bodybuilder with the goal of obtaining the IFBB Pro Card.

Ο Σταύρος Χριστοδούλου γεννήθηκε το 1981 στη Λάρνακα. Ξεκίνησε να γυμνάζεται σε ηλικία 15 ετών επειδή ήταν υπέρβαρος και λόγω ενός προβλήματος στα γόνατα που προκλήθηκε από απότομη ανάπτυξη στο ύψος. Αυτό το γεγονός ήταν και η έναρξη της εντατικής ενασχόλησής του με την σωματοδόμηση διότι από μικρός θαύμαζε τους bodybuilders και ήθελε να αποκτήσει παρόμοια σωματική διάπλαση.

Το 1998 ξεκίνησε το αγωνιστικό bodybuilding και το 1999 κέρδισε την 1η θέση στην Κατηγορία Junior στους IFBB Παγκύπριους Αγώνες. Θα ακολουθήσουν κι άλλες διακρίζεις στην Κύπρο στα 90kg και από το 2010 μέχρι σήμερα συμμετέχει σε διεθνείς αγώνες ως Heavyweight αθλητής. Κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής του στις ΗΠΑ, αγωνίστηκε με την ομοσπονδία της Musclemania USA με κορυφαία στιγμή στην καριέρα του την 1η θέση στο Musclemania World 2011 στο Las Vegas. Με αυτή τη διάκριση συνέχισε την πορεία του ως επαγγελματίας αθλητής κερδίζοντας την 3η θέση στην Κατηγορία Pro Heavyweight στο Musclemania Universe 2012 στο Miami. Με την επιστροφή του στην Κύπρο το 2014, συνέχισε να αγωνίζεται ως bodybuilder της IFBB με στόχο την απόκτηση της επαγγελματικής Κάρτας.

Classic Physique bodybuilder Giannis Therapos - Γιάννης Θεράπος

Yiannis Therapos is from the island of Lefkada and he is the owner of a gym in the city of Nydri. He started sports at the age of 6 in martial arts, but he found his passion for bodybuilding at his father's gym. He made his debut in 2007, competing in the Fitness Category at the WABBA Championship, where he took 4th place. After a break, he returned in 2011 to compete in WABBA Competitions, and since 2013, he has been competing as an IFBB athlete in the Classic Physique Category with a steady upward trajectory and distinctions in Greek and international competitions.

Ο Γιάννης Θεράπος είναι από την Λευκάδα και είναι ιδιοκτήτης γυμναστηρίου στο Νυδρί. Ξεκίνησε τον αθλητισμό από ηλικία 6 ετών στις πολεμικές τέχνες αλλά τον κέρδισε το bodybuilding στο γυμναστήριο που διατηρούσε ο πατέρας του.
Ο πρώτος του αγώνας ήταν το 2007 με συμμετοχή στην Κατηγορία Fitness στο Πρωτάθλημα της WABBA όπου πήρε την 4η θέση. Μετά από μια παύση επανήλθε το 2011 σε αγώνες της WABBA και από το 2013 διαγωνίζεται ως αθλητής της IFBB στην Κατηγορία Classic Bodybuilding με σταθερή ανοδική πορεία και διακρίσεις σε ελληνικούς και διεθνείς αγώνες.

Super-Heavyweight bodybuilder Kostas Agallopoulos - Κώστας Αγαλλόπουλος

Kostas Agallopoulos was born in 1983 and he is one of the tallest and most massive Greek bodybuilders. He started bodybuilding in 2000 and he first competed in the Junior Category in 2004. He returned to the scene in 2016, participating in the IFBB Diamond Cup in Slovakia and the IFBB 29th Panhellenic Championship, where he won +100kg Category.

Height: 187cm/6'2'' | Weight: 100-125kg/220-275lb

Ο Κώστας Αγαλλόπουλος είναι από τους πιο ψηλούς και ογκώδεις Έλληνες bodybuilders με ύψος 187cm και με σωματικό βάρος που μπορεί να ξεπεράσει τα 125kg!

Ξεκίνησε το bodybuilding το 2000 και αγωνίστηκε ως Junior το 2004 και επανήλθε το 2016 με συμμετοχές στο IFBB Diamond Cup στην Σλοβακία και στο IFBB-ΕΟΣΔ 29ο Πανελλήνιο Πρωτάθλημα με νίκη στην Κατηγορία των +100kg.
